Information used by the website

Invited client accounts contain a name, email address, a securely hashed password and access status. Invitations and password reset links have expiry and use records. Authentication may process session identifiers, IP addresses, browser information and security rate-limit records to protect access.

If Olly invites you, your name and email are supplied through the private access-management area. If you contact us by email or WhatsApp, your chosen provider handles delivery and we receive the information you send. Providing account credentials is necessary to use private client access; you can view the public introduction without a client account.

Why information is used

Account information is used to provide requested access and manage invitations. Security information protects the website against unauthorised access and abuse. Enquiry details are used to respond to your request. The final notice will identify the operating entity’s applicable lawful bases and retention periods.

Service providers

The website runs on OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare, including a Cloudflare D1 database for access records. Email and WhatsApp are separate communication services. Hosting and communications can involve processing outside the Isle of Man; the final notice must explain applicable arrangements and safeguards.

Your information and choices

You can contact Olly to ask about access to, correction or deletion of your information, or applicable rights to restrict, object to or transfer information. Requests depend on the circumstances and applicable law. You may raise concerns with the Isle of Man Information Commissioner.
